Growing up, I spent summers in the garden with my parents, learning firsthand the difference between fresh, homegrown produce and everything else. As a chef, I became obsessed with peppers—exploring unique varieties, smoking, charring, and blending them into something new.
Mom was there for every step, tasting, encouraging, and pushing me to be better. After losing her in 2009, I knew I had to honor her the best way I could—by turning our love for food into something real.

With a deep appreciation for fresh ingredients and creative flavor pairings, John brings his culinary expertise to every sauce he creates. Now serving as the Executive Head Chef for one of the largest grocery chains in the nation, he continues to inspire kitchens everywhere—one recipe, one flavor, and one bottle at a time.
